The Chicago Museum of British Pop is a fictional museum of British pop music in Chicago (say that 5 times fast). I drew two scraps of paper from a hat. One that read: "British Pop Music," and one that read "Chicago, Illinois." I was tasked with combining the vibe and content of these two worlds into one.

I am from the U.K. originally. I moved here when I was 6 years old, and have since lost my accent apart from words like "Mum," "Pasta," and "Garage," but I hold the world of British Pop, Rock, and Punk very dear and close to me. My favorite artist of all time is the late and great David Bowie. I listened to Moonage Daydream on repeat for most of this project.

I wanted a modern feel to the branding of the museum, while keeping imagery in line with late 70s, 80s, and early 90's pop culture in music.
